Methodology

Estimating your position from body and bike measurements

How height, inseam and cockpit become saddle-to-bar drop and reach.

Inputs you know

Height, inseam and build, plus saddle height, spacers, stem and bar. No angles or goniometers needed.

What's derived

Combined with the frame's stack, reach and angles, these give saddle-to-bar drop and reach and a position profile, which maps to an aero adjustment.

Accuracy

Hip mobility and arm bend aren't known, so treat it as a strong estimate. Ride data and position photos close the gap.
